What happens after I sign up?

Once you’ve secured your place, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Shortly after, a member of our team will reach out to help you book your first session, answer any questions, and make sure you feel confident coming in.

Is this suitable if I’ve never done CrossFit before?

Yes. In fact, most people who join Aphobos start with little to no CrossFit experience. Every session is fully coached and tailored to your level, so you’ll never be thrown in at the deep end.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. Our sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at. Everything is scaled to your ability, so whether you’re returning to fitness or starting fresh, you’ll be supported every step of the way.


What if I have an injury or concern?

That’s exactly where we excel. Our coaches are movement specialists and will adapt everything to suit you. Many of our members train with previous injuries and still make great progress safely.

What happens after the 2 weeks?

If you enjoy your experience (which we’re confident you will), we’ll guide you through the next step. This includes your fundamentals sessions and ongoing coaching to help you continue progressing safely and confidently.
